Exchange & Return

  • Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened and the product label visible to verify authenticity.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Cash or bank refunds are not available.


Reverse Shipping

  • The reverse shipping (return courier) is to be managed by the customer.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items such as accessories or sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to product-specific details on the respective page before placing your order.
